What is Ragtime Notes?
Ragtime Notes lets you have a conversation with all your project information — meeting notes, requirements, Confluence pages, Azure DevOps work items, Teams messages, spreadsheets, and more. Instead of hunting through folders, tabs, and wikis, you just ask.
Open Chat and ask things like:
- "What did we agree on in the last sprint review?"
- "Which action items from this month are still open?", or
- "Summarise the requirements for the payment feature."
Connect your tools once, then let Ragtime Notes keep everything in sync automatically. Tag and filter content for focused deep-dives, save and share AI-generated summaries with your team, and keep your own notes right alongside the rest of your project knowledge.

Write and store rich-text notes directly inside a project. Notes are automatically included in Chat and Query alongside your uploaded documents — everything in one place.
Action Items
An AI-powered task list connected to your project data. Add items manually, then use AI Update to get a one-line status on each open item drawn from your documents and connected sources. Use Find Gaps to let the AI scan your project data and automatically surface tasks you haven't captured yet.
Integrations
Connect Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Teams to a project. Ragtime Notes pulls in pages, work items, and channel messages automatically and keeps them up to date, so Chat always has the latest information.
Prompts
